| The animations ... digressed... They led me to wonder why I couldn't skin, which led me to learn more about modelling, which in turn led me into zBrush, which brought me back to texturing... which... Damn. It's amazing how much you can learn in a few months. I still want to do some more lizard, ogre... |

| Yep. I wish the economy would recover as quickly... There was a power outage where the server lives, we're on it, but it may have to wait for PJ's return on Wednesday (US time). Please keep your fingers and toes crossed that we're able to find a work around, in the mean time Fight Club is up and run... |

Oy! This thread has been asleep for over two years now.
However, we've got lizards, ogres and pixies that Camb made dynamic using the steps above. I've kobolds on my list of things to do, but just haven't gotten there yet... |

| I tweaked the message to be more "setting specific." It now reads: What does the "A" in A2 stand for? The answer, of course, is Avlis . The secondary answer is avlis (with a lowercase "a"). I figure if folks don't know the answer to that one, they probably don't need to... |

Odd. You should have MotB to play. However, if you're playing without it and not crashing, cross your fingers. Maybe it will work. I'd encourage you to pick it up, though.
On a side note, this may have to do with the server settings changing whenever there is a reset. |

I've taken all of those nasty things we said about you and hidden them away where they belong. If you notice anything that seems out of place, please post up here. Dreyfusz,
The "javaforge section" is in a link that was in your acceptance email.
www.javaforge.com is where we host the files that you need to download in order to play (until we get 1.23 working when the game will do it for us) and also where we host our bug tracker. |

Heh. You don't need those files. That was me testing work on animating pixies sitting and gett... |

| That pic is absolutely hilarious! For this round, I'm not going to mess with textures at all. That's a whole different work process than what I'm doing now. What I AM doing now is going crosseyed. Now I know why Obs shipped the game with so few pixie animations -- the little buggers are a pain... |

| Well, this exercise that I'm currently in on night shift (going in again in a few minutes) isn't totally useless. I took the laptop last night, and found enough spare minutes to nearly finish the idle pose for ogres. Pixies next (hopefully done tonight), then it's on to the fun part of making actual... |

| Nice shots. I'll use them as reference material for sure. Just so everyone knows, the longest part of this is that while your character is at rest, he/she is in what the engine calls "idle" stance. Thanks to the irritatingly proprietary Granny 3D format, there is no possible way for me (or... |

| Pixie players! Here's a question for you, and everyone else can feel free to chime in as well. When a pixie is walking or running (as defined by the game engine), they fly. That's good. However, when they stop, they just hover in the air. Don't the little bastards ever get tired of flapping their wi... |

| Greetings all! Some good news possibly on the topic of custom races. I believe that I have figured out the magic formula for animating. I've gotten a lizard to wave, anyway. That said, I don't play any of the custom races, so I don't know which animations are most noticeably missing. Now, I'd like t... |

| As I was updating the Lizards, Ogres and Pixies override on the NWN2 Vault, I noticed a list of the top NWN2 PWs on a sidebar. Not seeing us there, I went to have a look. We're number 14, which is not bad, though we've gotten there with a mere 28 votes, a couple of which were by Russian Judges (3?!)... |
