| That's a perfect case study in why Team Dynamics is so critically important. Every member has to be a team player who can get along, because it only takes one jerk to ruin everything. |

Today Jim Rome was praising the Spurs saying how it's great to see the good guys win again. He said that their knucklehead factor was about zero. |

| They're totally a class act *chokes on his morning coffee & chuckles* :?: Listen to any sports pundit or talking head, and you'll hear about how great the Spurs players and front office are off the court and in the community. They're great models of sportsmanship. You don't hear about Spurs pla... |

| I'm not a fan of the NBA, but I have a lot of respect for the Spurs. They're totally a class act, and now they're currently the winningest team in any major U.S. sport (4 titles in last decade). Congrats! |

Yep, wicker shields that did nothing to slow down the Spartans. |

There are lots of obstacles that Obsidian put up and need to be overcome with the custom races. Things like we can't just slap on a custom skill affinity or bonus feat. But other things have been released.

| BF2 is prettier than JO, but JO is still a much better game. The gameplay is so smooth and plain fun that I ignore the few graphics glitches. How's ARMA's gameplay and controls? |

| None of the A1 guilds will be in A2, and since it's another part of the continent and 1500 years later they probably won't be known to anyone except the very rare and most esoteric of Vorinites. The mage orders are also a thing of the past as replaced by the Indigo Phoenix Society. |

| I've played the Quakes, Dooms, Half-Lifes, Unreals, Battlefields, etc., but I think my favorites are the games with real, contemporary weapons and vehicles. There's something cool about that which appeals to me. And gives me a deeper understanding how friendly-fire tragedies happen and just how rand... |

| You can see details on http://www.novalogic.com under Games->Joint Operations: Combined Arms. That's the original (Typhoon Rising) plus the expansion (Escalation) for US$20. | Last weekend I went to the local AFL game with some old friends. (Yes, my Austin Wranglers lost. Again. But I got my picture with the highest paid AFL football player, Bon Jovi's guy Tony Graziani.) We used to play Joint Operations (JO) together years ago. We reminiscing about how fun it was, and we... |

| I'm not whining about paying taxes. :P I'm saying that lots of players are students and such who play Avlis instead of WoW because it's cheaper. If the costs go up because of the new taxes it could cut down on the number of players. If the costs go up on Blackdagger/Silk/Avlis then it could hurt all... |

They don't have to pass anything. They just let the ban lapse and local/state governments can begin taxing. |
